Bill time! We all like to see the money come in and hate to see it go out. Paying a Graphic Designer in the timeframe agreed upon is imperative to the success of your business, project or product. Your graphic designer spends a great deal of time creating the artwork you have requested and their reward is your payment. Remember to show your appreciation for their work by paying on time and in full.
Tip for both the Graphic Designer and Client.
It is a good idea for the designer to request 50% payment upfront, shows commitment from both parties. Each has a vested interest. The client has made the commitment to move forward on the project and the designer has committed to finishing the project in the time frame specified and getting the remaining 50% payment. Look at it as a partnership or team if you will.
